Spaces

We give thanks for the special places

where, incarnated,

we inhabit.

For the human body and brain,

their complexity, their intelligence,

their elegance, their awareness.

For the Milky Way and planet Earth,

their diversity, their fecundity,

their abundance, their efficiency.

In awe and gratitude,

may we take good care of these spaces,

for they are school, factory, residence,

laboratory, park, temple.

For these spaces, for these places,

for these our homes we give thanks.
