Reverent

We are neither gods nor demons.

We admit, with humility,

our smallness,

fragility,

vulnerability,

ignorance,

our narrow and limited perspective.

We bow, with respect,

to greatness,

resilience,

to true strength,

wisdom,

to the wide and encompassing perspective.              

We admire, with amazement,

the infinity of the heights,

the unfathomable of the depths,

the immensity of the universe,

the indescribable nature of nature,

the indefinable of our humanity.

We contemplate.

Without comprehending,

without trying to posses,

or dominate.
