Now
o Now is wide and light.
o Now, everything happens now. Now is when we exist, function, act, create, respond, and rest.
o Now moves us away from what is past, moves us toward what could be next.
o Only now is true, real and here.
o This in this instant. That later on. Constant, constant, constant.
o Beware of wasting the precious present with dull duties, rueful regrets, puerile promises and paltry plans.
o Now, when we breathe and sigh, is when we are, until we exhale and exit, clearing the present for what’s next, for the next now.
o What happens here and now is partly in our hands.
