Indeed

They frolic in bed,

nothing feels as marvelous.

Life is fun indeed.

The young woman cries,

she rubs her growing belly.

Life is hard indeed.

The baby wakes up,

laughs at the puppy’s antics. 

Life is good indeed.

Young children at play,

may be siblings, friends, or both. 

Life is sweet indeed.

Every morn and night,

the cat naps by the window. 

Life is free indeed.

With best intentions,

honored some, also missed some.

Such is life indeed.
