Essence
o What is visible is not all. What is audible is not much. What is tangible is not essential.
o Matter does not remain, does not last long, does not prevail in the end.
o We are the same in essence, although not in appearance.
o To simply be is simple, though not easy. When we think too much and believe our thoughts, we distance ourselves from direct experience, from what is, from what matters.
o Little is urgent. More is important. Almost nothing is essential. Almost everything is significant. Nothing is permanent. Everything is what it is.
o Things are what they are, not good or bad, but improvable.
o Fused in the nature of what is and what we are is what is here and what is there. After all, there is no this, that, here or there.
o Only essence is immutable, perhaps.
o Tea and faith. Done.
