Advice from Heaven

Breathe deeply and breathe slowly.
Caress and comfort your running restless mind.

Savor good teas, be them hot, be them cold.
Surrender with faith, be it lukewarm, be it fiery.
Entrust all creation, flora, fauna, fellow humans.

Put enough effort, and take enough rest.
Some will produce tons, a lot;
others will yield very little.
It doesn't matter, everything counts.
A good god doesn't keep count
of how much we children do or make.

Everyone contributes something.Feel, listen to your tender heart.
You are, you do enough, now give yourself a hug!
