Breathing

o   Deep breathing benefits that which lives inside us, and those who live around us.

o   With each inhalation we take in. With each exhalation we give away.

o   We can inhale and exhale clarity, serenity, goodness.

o   Inhale deeply and exhale fully often every day. Sigh at least once daily.

o   Inhale in awe. Exhale in appreciation. Sigh in acceptance.

o   Longer exhalation than inhalation. Inspiration until expiration.

o   We can inhale and sigh until we exhale and die.
